Hello.
We are delighted and grateful that you are exploring the world of
Voice Dialogue. Like you, we are ‘seekers’. Our want to
explore the mysteries of our unconscious, our dreams, and our relationship
brought us to Drs. Hal and Sidra Stone’s Voice Dialogue and
the Aware Ego Process. Although we will continue to ‘seek’,
coming across Voice Dialogue has been like coming home for us. Both
of us had a lot of knowledge but there were many times we still felt
stuck in the same old patterns. Voice Dialogue has given us a process
that has taken us to a breadth and depth of personal and relational
understanding that we couldn’t have imagined. So it is with
excited caution that we encourage you to continue your exploration
of the agony and the ecstasy of your humanness through the Voice Dialogue
method. Our wish is that our website can contribute in some small
way to your journey.

Edmonton in order to teach the power of this tool.
Donna Armstrong, B.Ed.
Donna has always been a “gatekeeper” where people have
been naturally attracted to her innate wisdom and perceptiveness.
When Donna had to give up her teaching career due to chronic illness,
she was drawn to Voice Dialogue as a tool to help her learn to manage
chronic pain.
Donna has been using Voice Dialogue since 1995. Voice Dialogue
has aided Donna personally and led her into another career professionally.
She has completed extensive training in Voice Dialogue with Hal
and Sidra Stone. She is presently co-teaching with her husband,
Murray, and has a Private Practice in Voice Dialogue facilitation.
Donna is excited about sharing Voice Dialogue with you as it has
brought so much to her life.
